Welcome to my gym journey! I’m Aden Kanye Sengsouvanh, and I’ve been lifting for about four years. While my training has been inconsistent in the past, I’ve recently committed to being more consistent in my approach. Currently, I’m focusing on bodybuilding, powerlifting, and calisthenics.
